Victoria Station redevelopment: Network Rail and TfL weigh £3bn mixed-use overhaul
Network Rail and TfL’s Places for London are exploring a major redevelopment of Victoria Station, with architects Hawkins Brown and Acme appointed to shape plans. The scheme aims to integrate rail, Tube and bus services, add homes, and unlock up to £3bn in commercial value. A £30m package of near-term fixes is already under way to ease crowding.
